The world’s first factory-built, sustainable house

Take a look inside

Powerful, patented design

The future of home building, today

The world’s first factory-built sustainable house, mi-pad is made for any location or climate. Its circular timber and steel structure is free from footings and needs no concrete foundation – it can even float, making it ideal for flood-prone areas.

Originally the design was circular but we have also adapted the design so that it can be square and rectangular.
